The southpaw from West Bengal was a game-changer of Indian cricket- both as a captain and a batsman. His aggression, along with the belligerent approach of captaincy, helped India gain confidence in ODI cricket. Since making his debut, the Bengal Tiger has played 311 matches, scoring 11363 runs.
